Done & Next is a task management and focus timer app. We do not collect, upload, or sell your personal data. What you create in the app stays on your device by default.
Under Apple’s App Privacy definitions, the app qualifies as Data Not Collected.
Your tasks, focus records, and settings are stored on your iPhone by default. You can view, edit, or delete them in the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device.
If you turn on iCloud sync, related content is synced to your own iCloud account and hosted by Apple. We cannot access this data. You can turn sync off at any time in the app or in system settings.
The app may use local notifications to alert you when a focus or break session ends. You can turn off notification permission in system settings.
If you enable Lock Screen Live Activities or Home Screen widgets, your current task name and similar information may appear on the Lock Screen or Home Screen. You can disable these features in the app if you prefer.
Done & Next Pro is purchased and renewed through the Apple App Store. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see your payment information.
Your first install may include a local Pro preview that requires no payment method and never charges you automatically.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note it in the app’s release notes.
